The Office of Academic Affairs is comprised of the Registration and Curriculum Division; the Admissions and Enrollments from overseas; the Teaching Development Center; the Evening Program Coordination Union; and the Mandarin Learning Center.

The goals of this office are to digitize its broad range of student and faculty services, promoting the development of a wider variety of technical and humanities course offerings, and encouraging the use of multimedia teaching techniques throughout instruction curriculums.
